About The Book
A Spiritual Companion for Mindful Living: The Navkar Mantra Journal
This beautifully designed book is more than just a collection of pages—it’s a sacred space to connect with the essence of Jainism through the timeless power of the Navkar Mantra. Considered the most significant and revered mantra in Jainism, the Navkar Mantra is not a prayer for favors or material gains, but a deep expression of reverence toward the five supreme beings. Chanting, tracing, and writing this mantra cultivates peace, humility, and spiritual clarity.
This book invites you on a meditative journey through mantra writing and tracing practices that help center the mind and awaken inner calm. Each page is thoughtfully created to encourage stillness, focus, and spiritual reflection. Alongside mantra practice, the book includes Jainism-inspired puzzles that engage the intellect while reinforcing core teachings and values.
But it doesn’t stop there—this journal is also a personal wellness companion. With integrated mood trackers and journal prompts, you can gently reflect on your emotional well-being, making space for mindfulness in everyday life.
Whether you’re exploring Jainism for the first time or deepening your spiritual routine, this book offers a peaceful, creative, and meaningful experience rooted in ancient wisdom and modern self-care.

About The Author
Jai Jinendra, I’m Dimple Shah — a 32-year-old aspiring author, beginning a heartfelt new journey with this first book. I come from a Jain background, though I’ve never considered myself deeply spiritual. Yet, something about the Navkar Mantra always called to me. It has become a quiet, personal path of reflection and self-exploration.
With over 5 years of experience in the accounts field and an Inter CA qualification, my professional life has always been about numbers and discipline. But this book represents a different side of me — one that’s curious, creative, and seeking meaning beyond the routine.
I noticed that many people, especially elders, find joy and calm in writing spiritual verses. That inspired me to create a space where writing the Navkar Mantra could feel like both devotion and therapy — and maybe help others, just as it’s helping me.
This book is my small beginning in the world of writing and spirituality. I’m still discovering who I am and where I’m meant to go, and I hope this book walks beside you on your own journey too.
